At 6pm I received the news I knew in my heart to be true. We did not pass court. We were missing one piece of paperwork. It was something that our agency had no control over.
At this time, Christy (our fill in case manager), does not think we will need a new court date, but she said that she would let us know for sure. If we don't need a new court date then we should hear in a week or two that we passed and then we'll continue to the next hurdle. TB tests. I still hope we are able to travel in July. I can't tell you how empty my arms feel without our girls.
Thank you for all the prayers. Even as I type this I can feel them. I really don't know what I would do without such an amazing support system!

It's hard to understand why things have to work like this sometimes. I'm sorry you have to wait longer. I hope and pray things get resolved soon.

oh that is just crap-i am so sorry fo ryou guys, but i DO know God sets the lonely in families, on BOTH sides of the equation, the parents and the children, and ALL of you will be set in the SAME family and NO LONGER LONELY for one another-hoping it is SOON!!!!!
My heart breaks for you, Tisha. But you are right...and you'll probably have to remind yourself often....those arms will be filled with those precious ones in God's timing. Hang in there!
