I really thought I would be nervous about our court date by this time. Our case will be heard in the middle of the night on Sunday night. We really only have two more days. I can honestly say that I am beyond excited, not nervous at all. I can't promise that I will feel the same way on Sunday night, but right now I am fine!
Last December our case manager told us that sibling referrals had slowed down and we needed to be prepared to wait close to 10 months. We only waited 5 months and 3 weeks for a sibling referral. We have seen the Lord's hand in our adoption time and time again. I just give Him praise! Even in the hard times I can NOW see His work being done. Yes, even when I was throwing temper tantrums, He was there.
As our case goes to court in two nights, all I can say is GLORY TO THE KING! His will be done. I am at peace, but still believe prayer is essential and ask you to join us. Please pray that their father is able to make it to court and our paperwork is all in order, so that our sweet baby girls will be forever ours!
Tomorrow a wonderful friend of mine is having a "toddler" shower for us. I don't think I will sleep well tonight because I am REALLY looking forward to it. It is going to be at the church we used to go to and in the town we used to live in 3 years ago. It will be wonderful to be reunited with those people that will always be close to my heart. I will hopefully be able to share photos with you tomorrow night.

Oh, we are saying LOTS of prayers for your sweeties!!! We cannot wait for you to bring them home. I am so ready to see them again. We will keep praying hard this weekend!
