This verse keeps coming my way, so I know the Lord wants me to take it to heart!
"Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." Philippians 4:6-7
Once we get a referral we are given a court date. We have to pass court before we can travel to get our sweeties. The courts in Ethiopia close for all of August and September, because of the rainy season. During this time there are no court dates for adoption cases. If we don't get a court date in July, then we won't have one until October, at the earliest.
I talked with our case manager last week and she said that we had until the middle of May to get a referral and would still make court before the close. This is my prayer! I really can't imagine having to wait until November or December to go get our kiddos. Would you please pray with us that we get a referral before May 15th?

Yes! I will pray with you, my friend. Cling to that verse God has given you in this time and know He will bring your children home and you will be able to look back and praise Him for His perfect timing!
