Today marks 3 months that we have been waiting for a referral. We were officially #13 when we got our January numbers. Well, I am happy to report that we got an email today with our February number.
DRUM ROLL PLEASE...
We are #4!
I honestly was going to be happy at #8. That is where we have unofficially been for about a week now. I can't even believe we are already #4. Now with that being said, there STILL has not been a sibling referral. But there has to be one at some point, right?

Isn't that a great feeling? Once we got under #5 I could hardly stand it. Just wait until you are #1, actually I hope you never have to go through that torture! I'm praying you get a referral before we travel (unlikely but God is in that business) so we can bring back news for you.

So almost 2 months ago, you wrote...
After talking to Monte, we are not going to do anything for 2 months. We are going to see if Julie finds out any reasons why there is has been a decrease in sibling referrals. At that time if there hasn't been a referral we will probably get on the single list(s). We just need lots of prayer. I really know that the Lord had called us to adopt. All we want to do is His will and will be seeking that in prayer.
Any thoughts on where God is leading you?? ... nothing like throwing that out there, huh??
ok, so how did you jump up so high?? did you ask them that?? I just wonder if all those people jumped in front of me and got single girls....maybe why it is taking so long...who knows?? I'm driving myself crazy thinking about it...Glad you've only been waiting 3 months and you're already up so high...that is awesome, kristi
Ok, I am just now catching up on this new turn of events! How exciting :) I can smell some referrals coming on. . . rest up now while you have the chance. I couldn't be more excited for you.
