We have many birthdays within a three weeks span. My sister and grandfather’s was last week. Monte, my dad and mine are this week. My mom’s is the week after that.
Monte’s is the first one in March! He does not get too excited about his birthday and never really wants to do anything. I did throw him a surprise party when he turned 30, but have done nothing since then and that was a while ago now. :-) The only idea the boys can come up with is going to Chuck E Cheese. They can’t comprehend that someone wouldn’t want to go there on their birthday! So we’ll do something small again this year, probably go out to eat and celebrate our birthdays together. I have started thinking already for next year and I would love to do something special for him. Good thing I have 365 days to think about it! Happy Birthday Hon, I love you. I am so thankful that God has given you to me. I can't think of anyone I would rather grow old with!
