We received our I-171H in the mail today!! This is our clearance from homeland security. We are now approved to bring our children into the United States. This is the last of our paperwork and I am so relieved it only took 5 weeks!
The Lord is so good. Each time we have not received good news or have been bummed about something, He always sends goodness our way.

It's been hard in the past for me to think that God has me on a journey and there's a possibility of it not being the exact path I envisioned He had me on. I seem to grow bigger ears during those times as I'm sure you will as well :)
We'll be praying for clear discernment over the next couple months for His direction for you guys...
I love hearing that things are progressing for your adoptiong journey!
Thanks for your kind comments the other day! I never knew having blog friends could be so wonderful! I wish everyone could have won!
So glad you got your 171H! That's such good news!
Congratulations on the I-171H and I'm SO sorry about the sibling news. I don't really understand b/c our agency has been doing a decent amount of sibling groups (two families just traveled to get their kiddos--2 each) and it doesn't appear to be letting up. What are your age restrictions? I know there are VERY rarely sib groups where all/both children are 4 and under. Anyway, I think that sounds wise about waiting 2 months. Again, I'm so sorry :( Who are you adopting through again?
Merry Christmas,
Danielle
