And we wait...

Waiting is the way of life when you are adopting. You hurry up to wait! Waiting is where we are at right now.
We have been on the wait list for a month now. Our agency hasn't had a referral in the last 4 weeks and we were told this week that there won't be any referrals until after the new year.
So we wait...
This time around is so much different for me. Maybe it is because I am busy with five. I would like to think that it is because I am more spiritually mature. I have already lived through the adoption process and I learned that God is in control and His timing is so much better than my own. I find so much peace in that.
I know we will see our son(s) faces when the time is perfect. That will be a beautiful day.
For now I am finding complete contentment in our waiting.

On a different note, we are currently in the process of making a video about our adoptions. Hats off to all the news anchors out there. I now respect your job 100% more than I did last week. Being in front of the camera is hard stuff {at least for me}. We are making one because we are going to be the featured family next week on THIS WEBSITE! How cool is that? We are so excited, but more on that later...
