Isaac will not touch his teeth, no matter how loose they are. He has had to have 2 extracted by his dentist because the big teeth were growing up behind the baby teeth. John on the other hand messes with them until they come out on their own or with a little help.
They have such different personalities and it is so apparent as we are now dealing with loosing teeth.
