My friend Michelle tagged me last week and I am just now getting around to posting it. So here is my "meme"

Q. what were you doing five years ago today?
1. Monte and I had just celebrated our 3 year anniversary! I don't think we did anything to celebrate. We had a lot on our plates at this time!
2. We had just moved from Cicero to Sheridan into a 1,000 sq. ft. house. It was VERY small, but because of it I was able to stop babysitting, something I didn't like doing in my home. It was a cute brick house with a great backyard. We only lived here for 20 months.
3. Right after the move we went to Colorado for a family vacation. Monte's sister lives there, so we went to visit them. My parents and Monte's mom and step dad were also there. We didn't have a lot of money, but we had saved up for a while for this vacation. Monte and I went on a hot air balloon ride and it was amazing!
4. The reason we moved to Sheridan was so Monte could become a part time pastor at the Wesleyan church there. He was also working full-time as a mortgage underwriter.
5. John was 5 months and Isaac was 21 months, so I was a very busy mama!

Q. 5 Things on your To Do list today?
1. Pay bills
2. Clean the house
3. Get ready for our next road trip to Oklahoma
4. Go to the pool with the boys, a friend and her 3 boys
5. Call our insurance company and ask politely why they are not paying some claims! (this is my part time job)

Q. 5 Snacks you enjoy?
1. Ice Cream
2. Diet Coke (it is a snack for me)
3. Chocolate (anything)
4. Swedish Fish
5. Fruit (raspberries are my favorite)

Q. 5 Things you would do if you were a billionaire?
1. Buy a HUGE house in the country. As long as I am not further than 10 minutes from a Target.
2. Fill up our big house with LOTS of adopted kids!
3. Buy my Dad a sports car (I have always wanted to get one for him)
4. Sponsor more Compassion children
5. Travel the world

Q. 5 Jobs you have had?
1. Daycare provider. While I was in high school and part of college I worked at a daycare center. I loved it and can't believe that some of the kids have graduated from high school now. I am getting SO old!
2. Babysitter. I have always loved kids and started babysitting when I was TEN!
3. Corporate Fitness Center Manager. I managed fitness centers in Farm Bureau Insurance (their corporate headquarters) and BEST lock. I worked at others like: Lilly, Unum, SIA and Emmis. I did this right out of college until I had Isaac.
4. Target. I worked here for a couple of Christmas'. It really took away from our family time and I didn't enjoy being away from home. Plus I would spend my paycheck before I got paid.
