They are grown and gone...

The robin eggs that we have been watching hatched recently. We have kept our distance so the mom could take care of them. There have been lots of cooler days here, so we knew she needed to keep them warm. This weekend we were able to get pictures of them. They are four of them, they are taking over the nest, so much so that the mom can't even get in with them now. I can't get over how fast they grow up. Tonight we went to check on them and they were gone. We enjoyed having them around and watching them grow. Looking forward to next year and hope a robin once again makes our nest a home.

This picture isn't clear, but it is the birds with their mouths open. Each time I would put the camera up close to them to take a picture, they would open their mouths thinking it was food. So cute!

So cute!! I also appreciated your tip on the milk at meijer. I had tried to do only organic milk and then as the price wet up had to go back to regular...we go through 4 gallons a week!! See you SATURDAY!
